General Rules and Regulations for matches??

Hello all, I just picked this game up and am having a blast! Is there anywhere I can go to learn all the rules about specific types of matches? I was doing a Tag Team earlier and we got disqualified, and I'm not really sure why.

Looking for answers to questions like "How long can I be out of the ring?" and "What are the rules for Tag Team matches?" and so forth.
