Completed more than 10 escalations, yet still have not received the TAC-SMG Covert?

Anyone else having this issue? I don't understand, maybe it's just my game that is bugging out?

I have completed a total of 11 escalations. 1 at the ICA training level, 5 at Paris, and 5 at Sapienza, yet I still have not unlocked the Covert SMG.

Do I have to complete 10 escalations on the same map, to unlock this weapon? Anyone know the solution to this?
