Better payoff anyone?

I feel like after playing for so long, I want more than just one of four screens with a phrase or two as a reward.

I would like each civ to have four cinematics, each one depending on how you achieved victory. I think that'd increase re-play (as if we didn't sink enough hours in the game already) and also grant achievements.
