General technical elective

I need one more general technical elective to complete my EE degree. Because of circumstances, it needs to be over the summer (preferably session I-A) and should be online. Any pointers?

I'm looking at the ENES463, but the syllabus I found from this past winter (here), indicates that it might be writing heavy. Those of who have taken this course before, how was it?
