large single in house of 4, 625/month

We have a house for 4 people on Hamilton near guilden, 7 minute walk to the Scott hall bus stop. We are looking for one more person as one of our friends had to drop out because of a family issue.

There are 4 bedrooms, each person gets a large single. Utilities cable and wifi not included in the rent.
