Head straps problem - Replacement? RMA?

Hi there, so Ive been having a problem with my head straps, they look like the glue is not strong enough and they start to come apart, not much but looks like it will continue.

Did any of you RMA your head straps? Did you get the replacement right away or did you had to send it to HTC?

Its not something I wouldnt fix myself with some glue and tape but since its helluva expensive equipment I dont want to tinker with it if I can just get the new part.
