Looking for a small digital camera with geolocation (I.e built in GPS)

I'm not a professional photographer, just a casual one. I'm more interested in taking photos for my own perusal and more importantly so I can plot it on a map.

I usually use my iPhone for taking photos but my 5s is growing old in its tooth. I need a better camera before I go on vacation this August.

I was just going to buy a 6s but I'm having second thoughts since 7 will likely come out not soon after.

So now I'm wondering if there is a small digital camera (not a DSLR since I don't want to lug all that around in a backpack) that I can buy. Most importantly it should be better than the 5s camera and it should add geolocation to all the photos taken.

Does such a thing exist?
