How do I Move Units as a Group?

In Warhammer I can't figure out how to move formations in the way that I set them up. In Rome 2 and Attila I would always lock a formation in a control group and then when I shift+drag I could tell them to "move here and face that way in the formation I made for you". Now they just get on a single line in a control group.

Am I missing something easy? How do I do this?
