Hotel recommendations

It's mt first edc.. Bave been to vegas before, but now comn especially for EDC. Should i stay at the bellagio again ? Wasn't impressed the first time i stayed there.. I want a active party people hotel.. Any recommendations? I got an offer from MGM a spa suite... What about ceasar palace ... South or north strip ?
