[Tech Support]PC doesnt Open after Ram and CPU Overclock.

Open : After PC opens the Monitor is still showing nothing saying not video connection then going to sleep mode.

I have tried cutting the power waiting 5 mins and then trying to open it again didnt work.

So ehat should I do ? Some guy requested to get rid off the Mobo battery wait a few mins then start the PC again, But Idk how to do so.
