Surface book slovenian keyboard?

I'm from Slovenia and am planning on buying a surface book. I don't think they are available for purchase in my country so I don't know if they are sold with slovenian keyboards, since we have some symbols and characters that other languages don't use. Does anyone know if they are or where I can find this information?
