Getting annoyed with the auto-switch servers after 1/2 of a map (offense/defense)

It really has been bad the last few days, i've been playing a bit each day and I have probably played only 2 complete maps. All the other times, players quit and it forces me to switch servers and that is really annoying especially if I like one of the maps to be played on both sides... Why not just keep me where I am and add players?
