Azien option? maybe just my stupid fan "theory"

So rewatching the SS arc and had this thought, sorry if it has been addressed. So Azien used some special old lost device to take the hoyuko out of Rukia without killing her. I wonder if the same could be done to Sunsui to get the last key out to full release Azien. Or was that the last one in order to prevent the event from happening.
