Hotslogs uploader: how to only scan new replays for uploading?

Hi, New to hotslogs -- hope this is the place to ask. How do you get the HotsLogs uploader to only scan those replays it hasn't uploaded before? I just uploaded all my replays, then played two games, but now it beings scanning all the replays once more.

What am I doing wrong?
