Help installing mac os again.

So i have this macbook which was previously owned by a relative. It has (only ) w/7 installed on it, and there are some things that dont work (trackpad, speakers, i think the cd thing doesnt work either), also, it should be noted that i dont own a mac. Is there a way i could install mac os on it again? Thank you.
