About Military Leadership development in Iranian Military

Salam. I always have this question regarding Iranian military leadership as often name of some of the military leader come out in the news media world wide. In traditional military organization a officers become a knowledge hub by going into military academy to corps specialty school like artillery school introduction to advanced artilarry school and than to command & staff colleges. After that person may go depending upon his career to War college and to national defence college. Most of the western country and traditional military follow this path to train officers. What is the path for Iranian Atesh and IRG(sepah) and what kind of most commissioned training they have as counter part to the more traditional military in the world ? Do they have similar to Command and staff college, War college and national defense college ? Do the senior military leadership are trained in that way ?

Thanks,
