I got a bigger and faster microSD card. Should I clone the old or make a fresh install? (more explained in the post)

I now managed to get a 16GB C10 card (in my pi there was a 8GB C4). The old system has some anomalies (I don't see the mopidy web extensions, sometimes some ports (for example where is subsonic) refuse to connect, until I reboot, after reboot I had to pause and continue every torrent if I want to seed it properly) Should I clone it, or make a fresh raspbian install and readd everything (webserver, seed server, media server with mopidy and subsonic, self hosted cloud)?
