[CONFLICT] Adding to the Blockade

Following a very convincing talk with Saudi Arabia, the Sultan has ordered that the crews (totaling about 250 men per ship) of the Al Shamikh, Al Rahmani, and Al Rasikh board their ships and join the Saudi Arabian blockade. These operations are being paid for by Saudi Arabia, and overlooked by them also.
