Question for those who served on Presidential/ VIP detail: did you have to sign a non disclosure agreement?

We all know that you have to obey certain rules in order to obtain any security clearance, but for high profile posts like a marine at the whitehouse do you have to sign any non disclosures so that you can't for example talk about that time you saw potus shit himself, or any other non political, non security-sensitive info once you get out?
