I have a question about the Focus Modes on my camera

So i have 3 modes AFS, AFC, MF on my Panasonic Lumix DMC G3.

Im a Amateur with some basic knowledge but its my biggest hobby so i id just love to become a professional someday.

I dont know what AFS, AFC, MF means so can anyone please explain and explain when to use what?
