Quick question

Im loving the game so far and the community is great except maybe a couple peolle here and there. I'm just wondering if there are ranked matches in Co op? And if they unlock anything? I see my character on the start up screen with a tab for coop and pvp. Are those stats for ranked matches because they aren't changing even though I've played a few coop game so far.
