Can someone offer an example of content analysis for an advertisement?

I just started an Intro to Sociology class and one of our projects is to perform content analysis on 10 advertisements using the material we've learned so far (culture, social research methods, societies...). The only thing I've been able to think of applying to an ad analysis would be social control. Can anyone offer any ideas or maybe provide an example to push me in the right direction?
