Where can I find emissions testing? My car is registered in AZ, which requires emissions testing for new tabs, but I live in MN, which does not.

I live in Minnesota, but my registration and insurance is based in Arizona. Because everything is with my family in AZ, I'm unable to register in MN and avoid the emissions test requirement to get new tabs. Finding a place to get an emissions test in MN hasn't been fruitful since they do not require testing. Even finding some in Wisconsin is difficult. I only see some that're in Milwaukee. Does anyone know of a place that does this in the Twin Cities area or even in Western Wisconsin? All help is greatly appreciated!
