[DIPLOMACY] Hungary to Slovakia

Hungary wishes to purchase the areas marked in yellow on This Map which are the cities of Komarno, Dunajská Streda, Štúrovo, and Kráľovský Chlmec. This is due to their Hungarian majority populations, as well as being Hungarian cultural hubs in South Slovakia. Hungary will pay for any amount that Slovakia offers. Along with this Hungary would like to establish free movement now that the Schengen area is no longer operable.
