e90 headers fitment issues

Hello all!

I’ve had my 06 e90 325i for almost 10 years and decided to have a lil fun with it. I've installed the 3-stage intake manifold from the 330I which was a pain in the ass but went well. I had the headers installed and now it looks like there is some fitment issues. The headers seem to be hitting what I believe is the motor mount heat shield. I'm not sure what to do from here. I could cut a piece out to give it more room, but I'm not sure if that would affect the motor mount . I've read the heat shield is only there because of the heat from the cats but IDK. Even if I did cut out a piece, it's still very close and I'm wondering if it will still end up hitting the mount while driving. Any input would be greatly appreciated!

The headers are from Active Autowerke. I'm supposed to get the AA tune next week but this might delay that.
