I keep getting disconnected in Twitch chat

I always see a message on the chat that I've been disconnected from the chat and it's Reconnecting in a few seconds, "Sorry, we were unable to connect to chat. Reconnecting in 2 seconds.".

I've already googled this problem and I found out about the lockout thingy but I barely spam chats and I still get disconnected from the chats randomly. It happens in almost all of the streams I watch, only the chat keeps disconnecting randomly while the streams themselves are still running fine.

Is this an issue with Twitch nowadays?

I'm not sure if this has anything to do with my connection's NAT Type 3.
