Settings for printing Prusa i3 Rework parts?

I'd like to print the parts for a Prusa i3 rework. I read in an ebay listing that they used .3 resolution and 50% infill as per Prusa recommendation (I'm not completely sure what Prusa recommendation means). Does that sound reasonable? I read on thingiverse that everyone says to use support but do you think that means support touching buildplate or support everywhere? And I'm pretty new to 3d printing, I've only been printing for about a month. Are these hard prints that I should put off til later do you think?
