Looking for some help. FreeNas crashes when importing volume

My freenas just died the other night. Running 9.3. Here is a picture of the error I get when it tries to import the volume durring startup. http://imgur.com/e375vbH

Using a Dell Precision 2 quad Xeons, 16 gb ram & a H200 flashed to IT mode. My volume consists of 4 3tb disks (WD & Toshiba) and a OCZ 128 GB SSD for Cache.

I was using this NAS as a ISCSI lun for my ESXi hosts so there is a large VMFS5 volume (7TB total, about 4Tb used) sitting on the drives. I wasn't using de-dupe.

If I boot into single user mode, zpool import shows all of the drives ONLINE but wont import because the volume is reported to be in use by another system. I can mount the volume as read only but I have not been able to figure out how to present a read only volume as an ISCSI lun and BSD doesn't read VMFS5.

Where the drives all show to be ONLINE and the Volume does mount in Read Only mode I think the data is still there but I am lacking the knowledge of how to get to it. Was hoping someone would have some insight into the error I am getting.
