$5,000 Budget - Broadwell-E and GTX 1080 SLI Build

What is your intended use for this build? The more details the better.

Gaming only. I need everything including monitor, desk, ect.

If gaming, what kind of performance are you looking for? (Screen resolution, FPS, game settings)

Max settings at 3440x1440, 100 FPS.

What is your budget (ballpark is okay)?

$5,000ish but I just bought a $1,400 monitor (34inch ASUS ROG Swift) so I'm looking at like $3,500-$4,000 for everything else.

I just bought the ASUS 34 inch ROG Swift. I plan on getting Broadwell-E 6850k and two ASUS GTX 1080 Strix. For a case I was looking at the Corsair 780t but I'm open to other options. I'm trying to stick a red/black theme.

I'm looking for a good x99 mobo and everything else needed. This will be my first build in over 5 years so I'm scared. D: Building tips and good videos would be appreciated.
