[Suggestion] Rune Essence Pouches

Would it be possible to have Rune Essence Pouches to have a Fill/Empty option while displaying the Bank Screen?

This would remove having to open/close the bank screen more than once while either depositing Mined Pure Essence, or while Filling before heading to a rune alter.

Thanks for your time! :) NeyaReborn
