Is Requiem okay with HDT Mods?

The link in the sidebar said that if it doesn't have an esp then it should be compatible out of the box However, HDT mods also do not change the appearance of just a single race or NPC so my question is are HTD mods compatible with requiem? Also, what about CBBE? Is it compatible already, or do I need a patch?
