Ever experienced being unable to download your updated steam build? Mine stops at 95 %...

So I just updated the build for the game I'm working on, and realized it was impossible to download it. I've tried on several setups, and steam accounts, but the download just grinds to a complete halt on 95-98% and defaults to "update queued". Anyone experienced this?
