Scared shitless right now about Fin side effects.

Some background, bit of a hypochondriac/worrier. had some very minor gyno in one nipple since puberty. Took 0.25mg propecia from alldaychemists every 2-3 days for like a month back in november. Then every now and then(2-3 days) but also going long periods without only taking it when I didn't have access to my minoxidil for a 2ish months. I did this because I wanted to keep the dose very low.

4 weeks ago my nipple where I have the gyno was tender suddenly one day and it has been kind of tender since. Haven't taken anymore but maybe only one .25mg dose ~1-1.5 months ago. I've also noticed that I have had decreased seminal volume for a quite some time, but can't tell what the cause is because sometimes when I'm well hydrated and haven't ejaculated for a day or two, I get a good amount.

Didn't notice any difference in sex drive, would say it was always very high.

But since the tenderness was bothering me last night, I decided to read up, now I'm scared shitless after reading some stories. The anxiety is really kicking in. I don't ever plan to take anymore. I just want to be ok
