Where to get a memorial tattoo in Denver

I have a friend who moved away from Denver maybe 12 years ago. She is coming back for a family member's funeral, and wants to get a memorial tattoo.

She asked me for a recommendation, and I know nothing about the tattoo scene here. My guess is she isn't looking for a fancy show piece, just something small and tasteful by a reliable pro who understands the concept.
