Driving Incident need recomendation

I was driving in Long Island New York... I was at a four way stop and a person went by me and my windows were open and I heard a tink tink tink sound on their car. I think some kids were playing with airsoft guns or throwing pebbles or something at him or me. I made a left and the person started to follow me like a mad man. They thought I threw something at their car for sure!!!. I kept speeding up to like 80mph and they kept following me. I went into neighboorhoods and made turns upon turns and they kept following me like they knew I pranked their car. I got really nervous and didn't know what to do. I went through some red lights that may or may not have had cameras because I was not thinking and was really really nervous and had no clue what to do. After about 15 minutes and driving about 100 I lost them.... If they did get my license plate and call in and they I shot their car or pranked it could they ask the police to check the trafick for cameras for me speeding and just try to get me introuble somehow also? They also went through reds and stop signs? I am just really nervous that police will be knocking on my door soon?
