Request to add an option to lock window re-sizing.

I am a quadriplegic that uses a sip n puff mouse to use my computer. I play HOTS in windowed mode so I am able to use my onscreen keyboard to type to friends during games. At least once a day while playing, I will accidentally re-size the game, which causes a few second disconnect from the game ultimately ending in my death. Adding a button to toggle window re-sizing on or off, would be a much appreciated option, to keep me from wanting to drive my wheelchair over my computer until it's re-sized appropriately.
