[Torricelli's Law] Help setting up a question with radius of tank and hole where water leaves

Hello all. I'm having trouble with finding a way to solve how long water will take to drain from a tank with a height of 9 feet, radius of 3 ft and a hole with a radius of 1 inch in the bottom.
