Coinbase/GDAX Exchange Order Still stuck Pending WTF

Purchased less than 100 btc and it only filled 2/3 of the total. Now it says "Pending" and I can't cancel. Huge spread of 10pts from first to last coin purchase in this buy as well. Anyone ever experienced this? Coinbase hasn't replied to my help desk request and it's been days - about to take all my coins out 😡
