Total Wireless

I'm trying to port my number to Total Wireless. All activation went well with BYOP and plan activation. But when I go to enter my current carrier info to transfer my number, it says there are some issues and that I need to call customer care. But when I call I go through the touch tone options then get disconnected. Any ideas?
