Apps and settings missing!

So i just checked my Samsung S7 phone and the screen had gone grayscale, all the apps have dissapeared although the links are still on the homepage but with the android logo(app isnt installed message). Most settings have dissapeared only 7 settings options remain such as wifi, bluetooth & location. I've tried safe mode and still nothing... My network's help desk is now closed so any help would be greatly appreciated!
