If you could rearrange the Konaha 11 teams in any way how would you

I saw a post that spoke about how Hinata Kiba and Shino are all sensory types in their own way

So it got me wondering how would you rearrange the teams but still keep them balanced effective and coherent. I was thinking of possible other teams but keeping them balanced is harder than it seems.
