Moving mouse cursor causes buzzing in headphones. Please help!
Mobo is a Gigabyte Z97X Gaming 7, has shielded audio but im not sure how this interference can occur if it has shielded audio.
mouse is a Corsair M65 RGB Pro, headphones are the 80 ohm Beyerdynamic DT 770 Pro.
It causes a very faint yet annoying interference in the headphones when moving the mouse cursor or dragging a window across the desktop.
I have rebuilt the PC incase it was a grounding issue, it didn't fix it. I removed both hdmi and dvi cables from my gpu, didnt fix it. I tried using the mouse in a different usb port, even the front panel, didnt work. Headphones are plugged into the port on the motherboard, NOT the front panel.
If you have any ideas let me know please. I am frustrated with this as it didn't happen with my old cheap motherboard with no audio shielding (Gigabyte Z97P-D3), yet it happens on this motherboard with audio shielding and isolated pcb layers which are supposed to prevent interference.
Thanks
