Been getting a lot of game breaking glitches since going to Skellige. Anybody know a work around or way to fix it? PS4

It's the same bug everytime. Camera suddenly goes inside of Geralt's chest and people start squat/walking over a foot off the ground. Can't interact with anything and am forced to reload the game. Wanna say for every hour of gameplay, it happens once or twice.

This is the first game breaking glitch I've ever gotten in the game. I passed it off the first time or two but now it's getting really annoying.

Anybody know of a solution?
