Ps4 mods disappearing?

Ive been on the mods page for pc,xbox one and ps4. Ive noticed while the pc and xbox one mods continue to grow the ps4 has ether shrunk down to 4-5 or they just disappear. Why is this? will the ps4 ever have as many mods as the xbox or pc? Why do they keep disappearing on the ps4? will it change once its released for the ps4?
