Themocouple powered NFC?

I'm working on designing a little project, but I'm not an expert in these things and I'm having trouble finding some information I need.

If I use a type E thermocouple and supply a stable 34°C so as to stably generate approximately 2 mV, would this be enough to power a NFC reader? If not, could I possibly use some small capacitors to make it be enough after a second or two of build up?
