Add 1 gear mod and 1 weapon mod to incursion drops

Wondering why CM FL only drops weapons and armor. In addition to everything it drops now, it makes sense that it should also drop one of each mod as well. The incursion takes a good bit of time to accomplish, and adding this small bonus to the drop list won't throw anything out of balance.
