Good reading material for newbies?

I am soon graduating from university and looking for different options as a home. I have been checking around for container houses for 1-2 years now and I really love it.

However, I have 0 knowledge about the work behind it. I dont know carpentry or anything close to it. I have so many questions about insulation, windows, floor etc etc. So I am looking for material to read and catch up.

So friends, what can you recommend? I am not against reading through thousand pages to learn. Cheers!
