Xenoblade Dolphin Glitch

Just started replaying Xenoblade on Dolphin now that I can. Weird glitch after the opening cutscene with Shulk and Reyn. The krabble was not there to fight and neither was any other enemy. The cutscene for entering colony 9 didn't trigger and I had to reset. Just curious if this has happened to anyone else?
