Few questions from a newbie

Alright so I'm getting my med card soon and want to start growing

1. Do dispensaries usually sell seeds or clones?

2. Is buying seeds online legit/legal?

3. Where do these seeds come from? I always see posts about them getting stopped in customs

4. From my understanding clones don't yield as much as seeds but are easier to grow; do you recommend starting with clones?
