Looking for a good hiking/running shoe, any suggestions?

I will be working, hiking and running in these, so they need to be a good all rounder. I've been looking at the Salomon Fellraiser, seems very good. Or the salomon X ULTRA LTR GTX. Any suggestions or your own personal experience on the ones I've mentioned?
